Junior Private Instruction (8-17 years) Private Instruction for the junior player to focus on skills development and mechanical technique. Instruction includes video swing analysis. Lesson sessions are approximately 45-60 minutes. Exceptions may be made for competitive advanced juniors under the age of 8. Includes all areas of the game with a focus on on course mental imagery and develop playing strategy. Junior Golf School $100 Each class will be limited to 4 students. Students will be placed in groups according to age and ability. All students must be at least 6 years of age. This 4 to 1 student to instructor ratio will allow the instructor to spend the proper time and energy with each and every individual student. Giving one on one attention is imperative to achieve development of proper fundamentals and understanding of the game of golf. All dates are rain or shine and no make up dates are available. Each class session is from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Dates Session #1: Monday July 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th; No make up dates available Session #2: Wednesday July 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th; No make up dates available Session #3: Friday July 10th, 11th, 24th, 31st; No make up dates available Session #4: Monday August 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th; No make up dates available Session #5: Wednesday August 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th; No make up dates available Session #6: Friday August 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th; No make up dates available What is included ? This is an in depth program designed to give each junior golfer an opportunity to get hooked on the game of a lifetime. Each junior will receive 12 hours of group instruction, 1 private lesson, Cedar Creek golf hat, USGA rules book, sleeve of 3 golf balls, tees, ball marker, and daily prizes for sportsmanship and participation. Week #1: Player evaluation and introduction of golf to properly evaluate an initial teaching plan for each student. Daily skills competition. Play 2-3 holes on golf course after instruction with golf professional. Week #2: Introduction of the full swing in combination with basic posture, grip, alignment and proper footwork and balance. Daily skills competition. Play 2-3 holes on golf course after instruction with golf professional. Week #3: Introduction to the short game to include pitching, chipping, sand play and putting. Daily skills competition. Play 2-3 holes on golf course after instruction with golf professional. Week #4: Individual golf swing instruction. Each junior will receive a golf package.
