The Corporation pays an initiation fee and therefore is the holder of the membership. The Corporate Contact is in charge of administration of the Corporate Membership. Each Corporate Membership has the capability of having up to 20 Corporate Designees under the corporate contact. Thus, One Corporate Contact and 20 Corporate Designees will be allowed. All Contacts and Designees must be employed by said corporation on a full time basis and be 21 years of age.

When purchasing golf, rounds must be purchased in increments of 50. Contacts, designees or guests may use golf rounds purchased by said corporation. Rounds not used in the current calendar year may be transferred and used in the following calendar year when said corporation retains at least one member in a full membership classification or the purchase of at least 25 new rounds.
Example: 2010 Said corporation joins The Golf Club at Cedar Creek, pays the one time $1500.00 initiation fee, and chooses the following membership options:
Year 1: **Corporate contact receives an Individual membership with unlimited play ($2075.00). **Said corporation designates four designees under the corporate contact and purchases 100 golf rounds for their designees ($4200.00).

In the middle of the golf season the corporate contact takes a different job outside the company. This person is no longer a member and said corporation has the option to pass the individual membership to someone else employed within said corporation or turn the remaining balance into rounds.
Year 2: **Corporate contact receives a Husband/Wife membership with unlimited play ($2700.00). **Two designees receive Individual memberships with unlimited play (2 @ $2075.00 each = $4150.00). **Said corporation designates seven designees and purchases 150 golf rounds ($5850.00). No Initiation Fee $0.00 (Initiation is paid one time only) (1)Husband/Wife Dues $2700.00 (2)Individual Dues $4150.00 150 Golf Rounds $5850.00 Total Due: $12700.00
One of the designees is let go by said corporation. That designee is no longer a member. Said corporation has the option of assigning a new designee to replace the vacant spot or they may leave the spot unoccupied.
Corporate Dues Paying Members Corporate Dues Paying Members are those individuals under a corporate membership who purchase/receive a membership classification (Single, Husband/Wife/Dual Household, Family, etc.). These Corporate Members will have full use of the facility while employed with said corporation. These Corporate Members will have a personal club account to which they may charge food, beverages, merchandise, etc., and will be responsible for all bills incurred while at Cedar Creek. Corporate Members are allowed to bring out clients/guests and choose whether to deduct from the total golf rounds purchased or to pay for each individual client/guest. Each Corporation decides how rounds and memberships are handled to fit the corporations/individual employee needs.
Corporate Designees Designees of said corporation will have full use of the facility while employed with said corporation. Each designee will have a personal club account to which they can charge food, beverages, merchandise, etc., and will be responsible for all bills incurred while at Cedar Creek. Designees will be allowed to bring out clients/guest, but all rounds will be deducted from the total golf rounds purchased by said corporation.
Q: What happens if said corporation uses all of their purchased golf rounds in the middle of the golf season?
A: Said Corporation may purchase additional golf rounds at any time during the golf season in increments of 25 rounds.
Example: Said corporation purchased 100 golf rounds ($4200.00) at the beginning of the golf season. In July, said corporation uses all 100 golf rounds and wishes to purchase 100 more golf rounds. The amount due would be:
200 Golf Rounds Price $7200.00 -100 Golf Rounds previously purchased ($4200.00)
=100 Additional Golf Rounds $3000.00 difference
Q: What happens if said corporation does not use all their golf rounds purchased during the 2010 golf season?
A: Said Corporation is able to carry any unused golf rounds into the following consecutive golf season if said corporation joins in the following year either under any classification or denomination of 25 rounds.
Example: Said Corporation purchases 100 golf rounds in the 2010 golf season. Said corporation only uses 85 golf rounds during the 2010 golf season, 15 rounds are then carried over to the 2011 golf season.
